The flat is furnitured for 4 people, with elevator ( located on a 3º floor), with differents swimmingpools and with greats seesights of the coast and the mountains.

It is 750m from the city centre, and the same from the beach. It has been painted recently, and if you don`t want to cook, you can go downstairs and ask for some meals, becouse there is a really good restaurant near.

There is community parking on the residential complex just for one car.

The kitchen is complete. it has a microwave, 4 hot plates, an extractor hood, sink, fridge, clock, crockery and cutlery.

we supply the bed sheets but not the towels.

There is a tv whith dvd in the living room whith some dvds. there isn`t an air cooler but there is a ventilator.

No pets allowed

The hour on the departure day will be as most at 11:30

water, electricity and gas are include on the price.

There is a tennis court and a carwash as well. they are not include on the WEEK-PRICE.

How to pay:

you have to book, so you have to make a bank transfer 15% of total price.

Once we recive the bank transfer we will confirmate it sending you a confirmation email, in which we will tell you how we will proceed when you arrive.
the othe 85% will be paid once you arrive to Almuñecar and once you have seen the appartment.
With the delivery of key, information will be given about things you can do during your stay. Any questions, feel free to do it, we will be happy to answer.
